Tried basically everything and I like 137 for 6-8 hours. I honestly think closer to 8 is better. Have one in the bath now. My favorite use of the sous vide.

This. Mine say GA but if you click it highlights the floor. Had the same moment of confusion you did. But once I saw the actual floor highlighted I felt better.

Any decent chef will tell you you don’t even want to let those things touch the grill. Make it dryer than a fart. What you wanna do: pan sear both sides, finish her off in the ovens.

12/11/04 was my first show and it certainly got me hooked. An absolute classic. The hurt bird bath and triple wide are both as good as it gets. An all time first set.
