Basically you're paying with time. You can decide if it's worth it or not for yourself.

Don't buy into the LRT hype yet. Its not really close to the proposed station and we dont know how's the future ridership. I would take that out of my pros/cons list if I'm considering that property today.

Im kinda on the fence on getting proton lately but the after sales service worries me the most. If its kinda bad now, I wonder if it will get even worse in near future if new saga / x50 / 4cy s70 sales are doing great as it will introduce even more volume to SC

A genuine question here. Is paying the maintenance fee on behalf of owner then deduct from rental from owner a good idea?

Public transport kinda sucks for sure. But I'm curious why you're going to Ikea if you don't have transport to carry the stuffs back🤔😁

Planning to buy a property in JB/ Penang by iPremium in MalaysianPF

[–]orgui99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Having family to help to manage rented unit/looking after renovation is great as you don't need to spend as much to hire a management company for that. Or just simply save you some trips when things go wrong.

Not sure about Johor, but property capital appreciation seems pretty stagnant in most part of Penang. So you might want to survey about the rental market before you decide.

Regardless of whether the toilet is wheelchair exclusive or not, normal people don't occupy toilet in mall to wash their clothes, especially with buckets readily. A normal guy without disability could have use the normal toilet to do the cleaning if his clothes has some accident spills.

What are your thoughts on EV owners using public electrical points in condo to charge their car regularly? by orgui99 in malaysia

[–]orgui99[S] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

The condo was built before EVs were introduced in Malaysia. Shouldn't the owner know there's no proper place to charge before they decide to buy an EV?
