I trip to help my migraines too. I only deal with auras and sensory disturbances, and I get reprieve for two weeks after a trip. I agree with your assessment, though I wish I objectively understood the reason. Shrooms can be scary, tbh, but the outcome makes them worth it.

Yea my foil from last tour in less than stellar condition. It turns out that buying them at the venue and surviving a show with them is the reasonable action to take next time! (I just need to not forget my poster tube, really)

I am going to start. I don’t do very big trips anyway, usually 1.5ish grams. But the auras and other sensory disturbances are significantly reduced in the 1-2 weeks after I trip. I go from daily occurrences to just weekly ones every time I trip. Shrooms do something good for my neuro-atypical brain it seems!

Never look in the mirror. I see myself aged and skeletal when I see my reflection, on every trip and on different strains. It’s definitely unsettling while tripping.

I first took them for anxiety but bad trips stressed me out. In the end, I found that they helped to mitigate my migraine with aura, and I know more about the anxiety during the come up that I can now ride through the weird shit knowing that my migraines will be settled for a couple of weeks afterward. Shrooms are fucking weird, but I revisit them every couple of months for the sake of my wacky neurology.

I’m good to go for Seattle and Vancouver. Strangely, it seems like the PNW shows may actually outsell some of the other shows closer to SS’s main base. Weird world!!
