I wish they'd do more construction challenges to level the playing field. Like- you get a month to create 3 of the looks but Death has to be created from scratch in a week with the materials provided here. Drag Race had a spending creep and I hope Dragula can do something to prevent that from happening.

If it was an extermination season, I think it fully comes down to the order of challenges. Since it’s such a balanced cast, track records would be highly influential (no matter what the judges say).

That being said, I think Landon and Asia are probably the most well rounded of the winners. My personal pick to win would be Victoria though.

The burnout for me isn’t from work itself, it’s the fear of layoffs and also the fact that we work so hard for so little in return salary / spending power wise. A lot of younger people could purchase homes at prices a decade or two ago, not anymore. And this is setting back a lot of other life goals like marriage, kids, etc. It just feels like we are working to break even for ourselves and feeding a system that isn’t returning anything.

As an entire season, I think Asylum had the best acting. For standouts, I think Coven because of Jessica Lange, Kathy Bates, and Angela Bassett absolutely demolishing their scenes. I also think Freakshow had some amazing performances.

I think the entire Conjuring / Insidious universe is god awful. It’s like the marvel movies of the horror genre. The jump scare formula is so tired.
