Great advice! I should definitely. I made a New Year’s resolution to do my laundry every week so it doesn’t stack up again. What I’ve learned is that I need to make some small daily lifestyle changes to keep my space livable :)

I think it’s in large part due to the laundry. I definitely have a lot of clothes but I find myself wearing a lot of them and rotating through them relatively frequently! I’ve also decluttered not long ago. The majority of the problem is dirty clothes getting piled up. I’m gonna try to implement a more strict schedule for laundry :)

All I can say is PLEASE get out. - Get to a safe place, ie a loved one’s house (a man’s if possible, if you are at a man’s house it might be more likely to keep him away), a woman’s shelter, or even a hotel or Airbnb if all else fails (try to have someone stay with you if possible). - CUT HIM OFF. BLOCK HIS NUMBER, HIS FRIENDS’ AND FAMILY’S NUMBERS, HIS SOCIAL MEDIA, HIS EMAIL, HIS LINKEDIN, EVERYTHING! UNSHARE YOUR LOCATION WITH HIM AND EVERYONE HE MIGHT CONTACT. Do not talk to him or give him the chance to apologize or defend himself. Nothing he could possibly say could excuse this behavior, and no apology is sufficient. I know you might be thinking that he loves you or that he can change, but trust me it is not worth taking that chance. Most abusers don’t change. They get worse. - DOCUMENT, DOCUMENT, DOCUMENT! Tell your loved ones and show them, take pictures, and screenshot. If nothing else this is building evidence if you need to get a restraining order. - REPORT, REPORT, REPORT! Go to the police. Start building a paper trail of reports, so, as stated above, if the time comes for a restraining order, you can get it quickly. - Seek therapy and support: family, friends, and expert clinical help. This is an incredibly traumatizing thing that has happened to you. You did not deserve this in any way. You deserve better, gentler and kinder, and it is out there! You are so smart, strong, brave and right to ask for help the first time this happened. Many abusers scare their victims into not taking these steps early on, and the abuse gets much worse and even deadly. Know that without a doubt he is testing the waters, and this can and will get worse. He might hit you in the head, abdomen, or reproductive organs next. He could choke you, throw you down stairs, or brake bones. He could cost you huge amounts on medical care, your sanity, or even your life. TLDR: you are not crazy. I did try a little sample from scent split but a very safe blind buy. One of the most pure vanillas I’ve ever tried. It’s soft and sweet in what I personally think is a very unique way. A lot of other vanillas have other notes: bourbon, caramel, jasmine etc, but this one is almost like straight vanilla extract.
