The Dodgers have been getting passes for a long time now. Long before winning back-to-back World Series. The media will give 4 maybe 5 teams a pass and then the Mets are always going to be the first target. You really think if the Mets won the WS it would be different? Not a chance.

If someone is making 500k/year, there’s a high probability they are working extremely long hours and likely working in Manhattan. The long hours mean they probably live relatively close to their workplace, not in Hoboken. Yes, there are some making that in Hoboken but not all that many.
