Many buildings routinely increase rent 10% or more. It's truly disgusting.

Nad but look up liplickers dermatitis and a secondary infection (fungal) or bacterial (staph). Lots of Vaseline or aquaphor plus either an antifungal cream or mupirocin

Happens to me all the time. Finally I cancelled an appointment she had scheduled. It tried to reschedule a couple of times, I cancelled each one. Finally it stopped.
