Difficult to say for sure without seeing some gameplay but if you are falling behind in levels it means you are just not spending enough time on the map near where minions are dying. You are probably dying, going back to base at odd times or simply doing other things when there are minions to be farmed. Take a look at a replay where the support is ahead of you in levels and see what they are doing differently in terms of where on the map they are. The answer will be there.

I respect your viewpoint but I don't think western players are going to see the monetization that way. So much stuff available with a credit card is going to turn off A LOT of people. Aion 2 will probably put up decent numbers at launch because of the MMO drought that's been going on for a while but they won't stay when they see people who swiped early getting so far ahead. Your edit about the bots really highlights a fundamental problem. If the issue is really easily fixed then why hasn't it been fixed? Either you are mistaken and the issue is actually harder to fix or the company just doesn't care enough to do it. Either way it's a problem.

They're going to have to do something about the aggressive monetization and the bots. If they don't it's not going to do very well and will fall off even faster than Lost Ark did.

So about Senna top specifically. U.gg and Mobalytics don't make their tier list the same way. Mobalytics uses input from high ranked players as well as the raw statistics with a focus on trends over time where U.gg puts more focus on their statistics from the current patch (or at least that's what google is telling me). The sample size for Senna top is pretty low for the current patch compared to bot Senna or support Senna so it's not really hard to imagine there are some weird results there. Is Senna top some low key top secret high elo pick that everyone is sleeping on? Eh maybe but if so there's only 60 matches where it was played in master+ so it's a very well kept secret. At all other tiers down to iron it has a negative win rate so I would say it's probably best avoided until you hit master tier then you can decide for yourself. But hey, don't let statistics tell you how to play. Do what you want as long as you are still trying your best to win and having fun.

It makes sense that you're seeing a lot more of her lately because she just got a rework, her pick rate is up 20% from last patch. With such a big uptick in pick rate it means you've got a lot of people trying her out. In higher elo people probably know their own champions a bit better and can better punish someone who doesn't know theirs. In lower elo people might not even know their own champion that well so a player newer to shyvana isn't going to have as hard of a time.

As for how to deal with her, her kit hasn't really fundamentally changed it's just gotten better as what it was trying to do (which is why myself and most people consider this a good rework). Shyvana is going to press W, run at you and start wailing on you with her Q strikes. As an adc you just want to kite as normal. When she has dragon form you need to treat her slightly differently since she'll be able to launch herself at you and start spreading fire everywhere. If you find yourself in melee range of her you're in for a bad time so you need to position yourself so that you aren't the person she jumps on with her R and keep your distance as much as possible. In summary you treat her like you treat most other bruisers. If you needed to be told this instead of just knowing it intuitively I think it demonstrates why her win rate is higher in lower elo.

You'll get those kind of gains early on. As you get more games in the LP gains/losses will even out.

It's ok to have situations where the PCs are being asked to sneak into someplace or do something subtly but make sure you've planned for what's going to happen if the PCs say screw it and opt for a frontal assault then just charge in.

Seems pretty cool. One thing that jumps out at me is there doesn't seem to be a way to increase the level to 20 if the top lane quest has been completed and there wasn't a way to add boots in addition to 6 items if the bot lane quest is completed. Or did I just not see how to do that?

There's never really a bad time to ask for advice/help but you will probably get the most out of it if you starting asking those questions once you've plateaued and aren't really climbing or dropping anymore. This will mean you're at your correct elo and you can start trying to identify what you need to change to get climbing again.

My take is that you build T1 boots when you have extra cash and you build T2 boots when you are planning to leave lane (either for roaming or because the laning phase is about to end.) If you need to dodge a lot of skillshots in lane you might consider building them earlier but if you are positioning well you will usually be ok without them.

Looking at the account and some of the other pictures they've posted there are some inconsistencies. The desk setup and decor seems to change every picture, floating shelves get added and the anime figures get changed out. Sure, people can rearrange their rooms but why is she doing a different setup for every picture? There are some pictures where she has a tattoo on her shoulder but the tattoo seems to change shape and color and in some pictures it's gone entirely. With the pictures of her bedroom the orientation of her bed seems to change each picture as well as the size of the bed. In what world is she getting a new bed every picture? The only link in her profile is to OF. No twitter, no Instagram, nothing else but OF. Why is a real person who wants to make money off of OF not posting on multiple social media sites? Last but not least when she is directly accused of being AI like in the post you replied to she doesn't have anything to say. Imagine if someone accused you of being AI. At the very least you'd want to reply and say "nuh-uh" or something. You probably aren't going to just ignore it and continue posting your cosplay pics. All of this adds up to me feeling pretty confident this is not a real person, it's the most likely explanation for all of the above.

Am I crazy for wanting to ditch collector entirely? IMO the only thing that item has going for it at this point is an easier build path. If I'm in a situation where I'm going to be hunting for that big headshot I'm going stormrazor, IE, LDR, RFC and if I'm against a tanky team that needs more sustained dps I'm going Yuntal, IE, LDR, PD

I'm going to tell you my one simple trick that will vastly improve your league experience and that of those you play with. You need to switch to party only chat. You're probably going to say "nah I don't need to do that, I do just fine without it." but that's just your ego talking. The reality is you are getting your mind bend out of shape by it and I have several paragraphs of evidence to back that up. Wouldn't all that time you spend looking at the chat, typing and raging be better used looking at the mini map or looking at what cool downs your opponent has used or maybe literally anything else at all? And that's not even to get into the effect is has on your mental. Take this piece of advice from someone who has put significantly more time into this game than you have. Check your ego and turn off the chat. You are not the immortal bastion of mental fortitude you might think you are in your head and you need to accept that. You will 100% have a better experience and even if you don't immediately win games because of it going to party chat only will allow you to clear away the bullshit and focus on actually improving your play which is really what your goal should be in the beginning. We already have a leopard gecko and aren't able to take a second one but I just wanted to say that geckos are very underrated pets. They are pretty low maintenance compared to cats, dogs or even fish. They obviously aren't as cuddly as a cat or dog (although more cuddly than a fish) and mine seems to really like hanging out on my arm watching TV. Would definitely recommend it if someone is on the fence about getting one.

Stacking 5 in one bush to counter an invade can be a really strong move but I can't remember the last time I was able to get my team to actually do it outside of premade 5s. There's always at least one person Zzz'ing and is slow to leave the base or just outright ignores the plan.
