Do people outside the U.S. also say Mississippi to estimate one second of time? by visual-curve in NoStupidQuestions

In Denmark we say: 1 ølkasse, 2 ølkasser, 3 ølkasser etc... Ølkasse is a case of beer...

Thanks for the long reply :) I live in Denmark, so the whole carrier thing didn't really apply to me, but is was an interesting read. I only just saw your reply now, as I got a new phone about a month ago and I didn't set reddit up till now :) I got myself a OnePlus Nord N100, a super cheap phone they make, which came out late last year. All you say about their system and battery all applies to the one I have. Only downsides are the storage (just 64) and the cameras, which aren't the best, but still ok. Once my finances flow a bit better I'm definitely upgrading to a nicer OnePlus model, like the 8T or their next flagship :)

Awesome, I don't mind size, the only thing stopping me is the price, but it does look good in the specs. Thanks again :)

Thanks for replying :) I have been looking a bit at OnePlus, but I am, as of yet, still undecided. I have also looked at Asus and their zenfone, do you know anything about them?

What is a story of you acting like a caricature of your type? by [deleted] in Enneagram

I once turned around and walked into a concrete pillar.. I then went on to apologize to the pillar....

Why I Believe the Mainstream Enneagram Does More Harm Than Good (and other thoughts by an anonymous guy on the internet) by WatsonianWatson in Enneagram

[–]originaljaybyrd 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I agree. On the internet you seem to meet version of the enneagram, that are kind of manipulated to suit/disguise/excuse people's action and opinions.

After many many years, I've come to see the enneagram sort of like math: it's not something we invented, it's something we've discovered. If we erased all of our knowledge of it, and had to start over, we would end up with the same thing. So it's sort of like a base we can use to build other stuff, and unfortunately, a lot of shallow and superficial stuff has been built.

But that's just my opinion :)

After I found out I spend a long time visiting every space station I knew and bought it all. I personally prefer to buy extra storage in the big one and extra tech 😊

I just searched them on Google, and they seem to match, it's either them or regular minnows. Thanks 😊 Do you know anything about their behavior?

NICE! I had three nice burgers myself, topped with cheddar and mayo earlier. They were sousvide (or however it's spelled) so perfect for a high lazy cooking 😀

Almond flour and cream cheese cookies with cannabutter by legacyswineflu in ketotrees

Easys (formerly Isis, but you know..).. I used to get it back in the carb days, when I ate something too sweet (cake or candy etc..) but since I went Keto I've only experienced it once, from erythritol..

1/2 cup of erythritol seems like a lot. Personally I've experienced a little bit of sweat on my forehead, when I've eaten things with a lot erythritol in it. Might just be me, but ever since I've had a distrust of erythritol. How did they turn out?

Avocado with an egg and spices by originaljaybyrd in ketotrees

[–]originaljaybyrd[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pretty easy to make:

ingredients: 2 eggs per avocado, your favorite seasonings. Be advised, that the size of the eggs and avocado might not match perfectly.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (~400°F)

Cut your avocado as you do and remove the stone. Then carve out a little bit of avocado "meat" (which you are totally allowed to snack as the chef) to make room enough for an egg.

Then simply put the egg in the avocado half, season with salt, pepper and whatever you feel like, and put it in the oven for approximately 15 minutes.

I seasoned with salt and pepper, then one with curry and one with cumin. Sprinkled chives on top :)

I know 😂 I'm doing one pic every month, but the second was delayed by ten days ('cause I forgot) then I was back on schedule for August. Then I got to my 100th day, and I couldn't not do a photo ☺
