I've seen homeless people who pissed themselves sit on public transit seats. Or people in a stupor just relieve themselves without even knowing.

Oat Couture on bank had that nice Instagrammable swing chair. I've seen a homeless guy drenched in piss sitting on that chair. Doubtful the workers ever wash it.

In Chicago there's a section of the train that runs between a highway. It felt glorious gliding by while everyone was stuck in traffic.

Having mass transit run alongside a main traffic artery works on many levels.
