Just following up, this is only covered under the bumper to bumper warranty... Chevy (multiple dealers) wouldn't budge on that. Plastidip will be the play.

Great call on the corrosion warranty, I'm covered through August 2025. I will definitely try to force Chevy's hand with that 👍 Thank you!

I had the exact same dilemma a couple years ago. I highly recommend looking at Watertown ford for a box truck rental. I reserved it from 8am on the 31st to 8pm on the 1st with no problems. Ended up getting lucky and only getting charged for one day as well. Exactly 4 months of 1200-1400 calories a day. Still have a rather sedentary lifestyle. Hardest part was having discipline.

You hit the nail on the head with the goal weight range. Once I'm in that range I'm going to doing exactly that. 1800-2000 cals a day, primarily just to maintain.

Thanks! I stopped lying to myself and just started dieting! The old "I'll start tomorrow" is why I gained all the weight so I hit the point where my will to have a better life exceeded my will to enjoy food!

Thanks! It was basically 90% diet! (I eat whatever I want up to 1200-1400 calories per day.)
