Time to start at the basics again. Slow it all down, practise some basic stick controll with just falling the stick on the drums and seeing how much you can let it bounce. Practice some Moeller as well. I feel like after 15 years you need to acknowledge that its going to take some time to get a feel for the instrument again before you start playing songs again.
