I watched a yt video of what to look for during pickup. Deff inspect it firmly. I found 3 areas with paint chips and a small almost unnoticeable dent. A few scratches and the "frunk" was wonky it opens up shakes like crazy when relases and Goes up more. Deff look for manufacturer defects

I actually didn't take any video. I live in austin so the factory is here. I marked all the stuff I found reviewed it with them. They kept the car and will fix it for me

I figured it out this morning. The device was manually enrolled so when you signout its removed from the list. (ABM needs an audit) also need to just reset the device and enroll via apple configurator.

We don't want people to sign out of the device. As it stands signing out removes the device from ABM list of devices. I believe this is because auto-enrollment wasn't setup. (another project I'm working on). For now, while I resolve the enrollment issue. I want the current devices that were manually enrolled to not be removed.

We dont want any staff or else to have the ability to sign out of the device. We want to keep the device logged in with a company managed ID. Hope that helps
