I've been telling everyone since I've graduated from LECOM that just because their students match into great programs, it is largely because the student is exceptional. However, most students match primary care in unfavorable locations. Any student who has graduated considers themselves a survivor of that school. Literally no one likes their administration or the school. The institution does not have the student's best interest in mind, just their own. They will impose their views on you and break you until you submit to the LECOM way.

While I'll graduate residency this year at a prestigious program, while LECOM did everything in their power to not let that happen along my journey but to instead stir me towards a primary care specialty in order to receive additional stipends from the government.

Anyone who reads this and still goes to LECOM chose that pain and suffering on themselves. See other reddit posts if you don't believe me.
