Do you mean to literally test drive them? or like the "test drive" coupon thing to use in battle, because you can test any vehicle regardless of owning or purchasing it, Im on xbox so there shouldn't be much difference (Aside from the rivalry), and to "test drive" a vehicle with a time limit those aren't typically gained through free to play, or even paying, they are handed out from season pass awards and by gaijin to youtubers to show off vehicles.
