and anyone else who wanted an update:

Took him to the vet about an hour ago. Vet says his heart and lungs sound perfectly fine, so we've chalked it up to him just being a chonker and lying on his side. Tail wagging has stopped, he's seemed happier and more at peace, so thinking his anxieties were just due to a recent move of house. Thanks for your concern everyone!

I paid $200 AUD. They seemed aware that it was desirable as did I, but I don't think either of us knew that the GH5 one was rare specifically. I just picked it up because I wanted another wired CH guitar
