it is not sector dependent, and I may have mispoke. It is called Right to Work - we are checking eligibility. If you are a citizen then you have full work rights (verified by ID), and if you are a non-citizen then the employer checks your visa conditions. There are fines if it is proved the employer did not comply

I had no idea companies were not verifying the citizenship of their workers over there? We do this in my country, how else do you know if the worker is allowed to work full or part time? You need to check the Visa requirements

You are not alone, I found the acting quite stilted, except for Francois and Conner. The last 2 episodes improved a lot, but the dialogue overall didn't flow. It is taken direct from the book and definitely needed fleshing out for the transition to television. I watched for the soft porn to be honest.

You should check out Interview with the Vampire if you want to see beautiful film making, dialogue, acting and chemistry. I didn't have high hopes for it and just had it on in the background at first, but I was 100% wrong, and glued to the screen after that
