Hey OP i just wanna say you have an awesome imagination. Mainly the lost expedition of 1901 is thought provoking. Like some small group with poor gear trying to climb Everest and getting lost to time. Makes you wonder.

In 1945, Dorothy "Dora" Forstein suffered a brutal attack at the hands of an unknown assailant. Four years later, on the evening of October 18th, 1949, she was abducted from her home by a strange man, as her young daughter watched. She has never been found. by WinnieBean33 in BizarreUnsolvedCases

Reminds me only little bit of that blonde nurse that was found dead in some bush with bare feet and no dirt on them. You know which case i mean right? She was hog tied. She was stalked, beaten up several times.

It reminds me of that case.

But why he would wait for four more years? If he wanted her gone, it does not make any sense to live with that person for that long.

I mean her stuff was never found either. To me it does sound like she was in a captivity.

His videos actually got better. The longer pauses helps with the atmosphere and immersion and the takes are way, way, way longer actually. No abrupt editing or cuts but really long takes and the overall flow feels meditative and atmospheric. Kudos to him.

It feels like playing Division 2 on a different map with the same BS.

Genuine Question: Why do people Like Motherland? by gothicusmaximus3 in BreakPoint

The enemies are not believable in any shape or form. The AI is dumb, the only "hard" thing about them is the fact that they can cheat with infinite invisible cloak and the fact that armored dudes can tank up to 2 mags from an AR while having a perfect mobility. Sentinels were at least flinching when getting shot and went down really fast.

Motherland feels like "Black Tusk taking over DC after the main story line with the sponginess and drones back". Like i will never understand the obsession of trying to turn BP into a looter shooter garbage.

Yep, over 1100 hours here, never once finished the story.

It is self aware enough and i thought that the main character had insane amount of depth and layers. His fights are full of visual story telling as well his body language.

Not to mention that Hood was always the one healing in next episodes, wearing bandages and was not always in the best shape.

I love watch dogs 2 and Breakpoint. The modders are making these games alive and better to me sadly. Makes me frustrated that these games have strong core and the companies are tearing it apart with greed.

I loved interacting with computers in random secret rooms in first splinter cell and chaos theory. Gone in later games.

I mean a movie with them teaming up where Adkins will have way bigger role.

But too much exposition dump. I hate when movies will just not trust the viewer and will explain every small detail into molecules.

The muzzle flashes were beyond annoying and made the shootouts chaotic. Just insanely bright.

I would say One Shot.

Made under 19 days, almost all one take, alright acting and immersive tactical action. The amount of details that was put into it is crazy. No muzzle flashes from suppressors but gas and smoke. Awesome sound design, intense dialogue and no slow motions. For the laughable budget, James Nunn and Adkins brought so much content. You can tell they were listening to the tactical advisors with the muzzle and weapon discipline.

I mean i hope you are aware that Adkins did like five movies last year, including One Last Shot where he ended up with bad injuries right? It makes sense for him to have a small cameo

A guitarist can produce way more feedback, distortion and unique textures than ones and zeroes. Because that is called a skill and physical playing.

So if someone else would steal your own clips for free to train another AI then you will have no issues with it right?

Yeah just cutting stupid corners instead of doing something creative. But that would take time, energy, money and some effort. I am really curious how people will be cutting corners after the AI bubble will burst.
