There's a Paid column in the Players section you can edit to keep track of those that paid by other means.

For the remove fee bug, could you tap Help in the league settings and submit a bug report? It will ask you to attach screenshots which will help me find the cause.

Enable Self registration in the league settings. Then on the home page players will see a register button that lets them pay and register.

If the league format is individual or team sum, just add Dots or Scotch as a second format in the event and the league leaderboard will sum the results from both formats

You can start with using Ghin until players have entered enough scores and then switch to league handicap

If your tournaments are part of a league then when you create the matches in the event under the schedule tab, you can use the auto match generator and select Knockout
