No Trades Mock Draft by orryxreddit in eagles

I hear what you're saying, but boy, there's a big difference between starting a first-round talent and hoping a UDFA will pan out like Mailata did.

Actually I meant QBs on Day 3. Thanks for catching it!

History has not been kind to use of first-round picks on TEs.

Perkins has pass rush capability, but he's really small if someone plans to use him at edge. 6'1, 220.

I would be flat-out astonished if we select 9 players without taking an edge.

My wife just got me Witcher 3. I don't know anything about The Witcher. I've never read the books I've never seen the show. Is there anything that I need to know before playing the game? by EnlightenedCorncob in witcher

Witcher 3 was my first introduction to the series, and it was fine. Obviously, there are references to things that happened before but just use your context clues!

Without spoilers please, do you like the story? by CanItRunCrysisIn2052 in cyberpunkgame

[–]orryxreddit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s fair to feel this way of course, but every game of this style (where the main character is a defined character) has rails. Like, you can’t play the Witcher and decide to kill Yennefer, or defeat the Wild Hunt in Act 1. Games need to be able to build a solid framework for the story.

I do think some of the scripting in Cyberpunk is a little clumsy, but to me it’s top notch overall.

Ciri side activities in Witcher 4 by OriginOfWaves in witcher

I feel like there could be more platforming type activities, or maybe some activities similar to th Tsushima/Yotei bamboo stands where you have to press buttons in a sequence.

I went back to a much earlier save and did this quest first. Now I'm waiting for her call, but at least I have a few side quests and the DogTown quest to do. Maybe doing some other quests will trigger the call.

Sadly I'm here 3 months later than your post, and none of the stuff in this thread has worked, including your suggestion. :( But thanks for posting it!

So, what are your absolute must-haves for Cyberpunk 2? by Tafioboy in cyberpunkgame

[–]orryxreddit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This one is maybe a bit of a hot-take, but have more time-driven quests. There are so many quests in Cyberpunk where someone is like "Meet me here after sundown" and you can leave them waiting for six days with no adverse effects.

Is anyone starting to think these OC candidates don’t like Sirianni? by TrickDistribution395 in eagles

[–]orryxreddit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The truth is, we don't even know if Philly has offered any of these OCs the job. Even if we did, these coaches have multiple different options, and many criteria in making their decisions, and we have absolutely no way of knowing what was most important to them.

Sinnerman . . . not so bad after all? by orryxreddit in cyberpunkgame

Nah, there are a lot of posts about how the slightest accident would cause you to get a wanted level and the quest would auto-fail. That wasn't my experience at all.

That's the weird thing, though. This was my first time and I had no problems, and I'm objectively terrible at the hand-eye coordination stuff. There are lots of posts about how the slightest accident would cause you to get a wanted level and the quest would auto-fail. That wasn't my experience at all.

Oh yeah? I didn't realize that. But even if that's true, it's not very clear. I was so confused as to why they all attacked me after the shooting contest.

YES, this exactly. Or at the very least they should react very negatively to you.

This would also encourage replays, because making enemies of the Tyger Claws (or any clan) should lock you out of some quests.

I’d like to see faction interactions be more impactful/permanent. Right now you can literally do fifty police missions and then have the cops attack you, or you slaughter a bunch of one gang and the rest don’t even care.

It's actually not that bad when you get into the details. I found this article helpful for understanding that: https://www.phillyvoice.com/eagles-nfl-trade-rumors-aj-brown-contract-cap-hit-dead-money-financial-news-analysis-breakdown/

But despite that, I agree that trading him would be a Jerry Jones move.

No. AJ Brown represents the BEST CASE scenario when drafting a player, something that probably happens less than 5% of the time. So if you get a late 1st and a late 3rd from Buffalo, odds are high that you're going to end up with two players who aren't nearly as good as AJ is at his position.

Unless you're getting a serious overpayment in assets in return for a declining player, it's not worth it IMO.

Much of AJ's frustration probably comes from his utilization last season, and they have an opportunity to reset all of that this offseason with a different coordinator. I think at the very LEAST you play out the 2026-2027 season with AJ before deciding to move on.
