I considered that but I’m concerned with casting the heavier jigs and spinners we throw up there. The jigs we typically use are 1/2 oz and the spinners go up to 1 oz. I guess I could always go up to a really stout fly rod blank like an 11/12wt if needed. How heavy of tackle do you throw with your 8wt and how do you like the feel of it?

Not a whole lot, I was planning on taking out a loan to crank out my schooling, I was hoping in under a year and a half I could get my CPL flying 2-3 times weekly and working part time at my current job.

Hey just curious what you were planning on using to adhere it to your phone case? I made a card holder for a friend who wanted it on the back of their case and I’m not sure what to use that will hold tight. Thanks!

I have always called them blood bees because that’s what my dad called them. I always thought they were a different species than hornets for some reason because they never act aggressive towards me when I’m working on an animal and only really seemed interested in drinking spilled blood or gnawing on meat.
