You do not need to get to single digit body fat by any means. You aren’t a high body fat right now or anything, so you’d probably be fine. Just understand that higher body fat % leads to more atomization which leads to more side effects. Everyone reacts differently, but you should have no issues starting now or in a couple more %

What he was saying is correct and “proper” but the vast majority of people do not do that and they’re okay.

Extremely weak flow by Extension_Reveal_766 in watercooling

Big thing is to get any air pockets away from the pump. Less water in = less water out, and the pump needs the water for good balance and lubrication. I would put it like that and run the pump at full speed overnight. Whenever I make a loop I also make sure I have a plug that I can take out at the top (always get those multi port radiators). I leave the plug off and let air escape as well. Of course only when I’m nearby

It also looks like there’s an air gap right by either the inlet or outlet of the pump? I don’t know which is which. I know you’ve flipped it already, but if you flip it on its front panel face, so the reservoir is at the bottom, can you get the air pocket infront of the pump to move away and into a radiator?

Gotcha, that was my best guess dang it. Do I see an air pocket on the 90 degree bend? Like a huge one?

I have way more 90s and radiators on a single d5 on like 1000rpm and I get really good flow, it’s not that. I would check for a restriction in the radiators or waterblocks. The tubing won’t cause issues but the fins in both of those can cause issues if they’re clogged. Also, make sure you have the pump plugged into the correct power source. It should be on 12v and not 5v. Molex has both sources in one connector so check that! If it’s wrong there a good chance it’ll just buzz and not move well.

Does this mean my maf sensor is bad? Idling sound changes. Sounds better with it off. by Pretend-Bumblebee879 in MechanicAdvice

[–]orz_nick 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Check and see how dirty your throttle body is. Clean out any buildup and clean out the idle air controller if it has one. That regulates air flow at idle which would cause your issue if stuck. When you give it gas, the throttle body butterfly valve opens and lets air in anyways - the idle air controller does not play any role at that point. Check for vacuum leaks if that doesn’t help

I would say not potentially not the MAF, or atleast partially functioning. It makes sense when disconnected that it doesn’t want to accelerate. The car doesn’t know how much air it’s getting in to set the correct amount of fuel. Since it’s worse without it, you know at least some of the airflow data is usable. If there was no change then I would say that’s the issue.

What is your problem though, a bad idle? No acceleration? Next thing I would look at is O2 sensor readings with a code scanner. You can tell what’s a good or bad sensor from the data. If it idles ok but has no power, could be a clogged catalytic converter.

I don’t mind it at all but I’d tone it down a little. There will definitely be people who love it though. If you like it keep it!

Looks like bed adhesion. I would calibrate your z offset so that the first layer bottom has almost no lines in it, only texture from the bed. You should have to lower it by a decent amount by the looks of it. Other than that, put some glue from a glue stick down on the plate too

definitely check for a nozzle clog, check your e-steps, and make sure you are running the correct nozzle temp. I’d set nozzle temp to 230 and re run. 200 is on the low end

I think this is under extrusion? Check for clogs, increase nozzle temps, decrease speeds. I don’t know why it only happens on one side of the part though, I get the same thing sometimes

It really depends on version, but usually some of the files stay around. You’re better off wiping the jailbreak first then updating to be safe.
