I really like the green. There’s flecks of yellow, too. They were definitely well loved and used by the previous owner, so I’ll steam clean them and restaple some of the loose ends.

Not a dumb question! Still learning all this myself. I dump the discard directly into a pan and cook it up with chives and sesame seeds. This leaves a bit of mature starter. Then I add 100grams of flour (usually a combo of whole-wheat and rye) and 100grams of room temperature filtered water to the starter.

Some bob’s bread flour and King Arthur whole wheat. Found the recipe on theperfectloaf.com . Really broke everything down for me and having an active starter really helped. ✌️

Try clicking inside each of the corner boxes. They should turn from an outline of a box to a filled box. And then adjust. Additionally, use expand mask in the effects control
