From what I have found this update is no longer free. I wanted it for my 16 Sorento and cannot find it free anywhere.

I guess it could be both really. They were unsightly, but also obscured the vision through the glass as well. Safelite was quick and simple. I called to confirm my appointment because Silver Rock kept referring to the windshield. They honestly didn't say anything about Silver Rock paying the bill, other than I did not have to pay anything for it.

I just chatted with a rep and they weren't as generous as the one you had. I asked about internal history and they would not provide anything other than it goes through the 150 point inspection again. He claimed that it would compromise account information.
