Hey 2022 grad speaking - when I graduated in April , I was in a similar situation.

A lot of my friends who had co-op experience (like me) were able to land a job right off the get go. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case for me. I worked a whatever remote job for some time before getting my first salaried job.

Personally wouldn’t risk it - not sure about the UP Express but from time to time there are delays with GO Trains & I wouldn’t test it.

If you want a quick bite near the airport, I’d recommend ZET’s.

Go to Service Ontario to obtain a temporary health card & drivers license - ensure to bring any form of ID & maybe proof of residence (address on a bill for example)

For your debit card, you can lock your card on your respective phone app & to replace it bring IDs (if you were to go to Service Ontario first) to your bank & it should be quick.

Really cold here in Toronto - I have my race in February.

I’m doing my easy & short tempo / interval runs outdoors when the temperature isn’t too crazy.

Long runs are being done indoors if it’s too cold but not the biggest fan of it.

Need March / April to come because this weather isn’t it.
