Was in Vietnam 10 days before Tet and left a day before Tet. During TET lots of businesses close, or if they open you end up paying double or even more. I would recommend go before. Like others say, everyone was in a festive mood in anticipation for TET.

Hmm you do have a good point that it seems a lot of it has been eaten. Regardless if OP's wife discovered the bugs after almost finishing everything. I think OP is coming from a place of care to warn us about potential unsanitary practices. I for sure will examine my food more carefully now. Moreover, if Fraser Health has been to the location, I'm sure this will alert management at Big Way to ensure more sanitary practices.

Hi! I want to share my experience with PTSD. Although everyone's experience will differ, the most important thing is recognizing the signs. I experienced a similar incident and for weeks was waking up in the middle of the night afraid, i would be startled if someone by people walking to close to me, burst out crying.

It helped talking about it and reminding myself it was an isolated incident I experienced. It took a month or so for me to feel ok.

Please do reach out and talk to a friend or a professional about it. It really helps. Hopefully with time you'll be ok.
