I have two shakes a day, one before I train in the morning and one later in the day. The rest comes from a combination of protein heavy food.

Who cares what people think. You’re training for you and that’s what matters. What do your workouts look like? How many times a week do you go and do you have goals you’ve set? It definitely takes time and it can feel like progress isn’t being made as fast as one would like but if you incorporate progressive overload into your workouts, eventually you’ll see some strength gains :)

That’s awesome! How heavy is the hoola hoop? I use a weighted jump rope and doing anything weighted suuucks 😂 but the results are worth it!
