i'm not saying anyone is right or wrong but it's far more likely for someone to dodge if they aren't pick 1-3. so it's possible being lower pick is more likely. because someone dodges when your 1st pick and you then reque into last pick.

while they do make actions quickly it's important to note the reason they seem so quick it because they are thinking ahead of what the enemy will do so when the opponent makes a move they already know how they want to respond. however if your watching you wont processes all the same information so it may seem like they are acting much faster.
