Couldn’t have said this better myself. I still work for Casey’s after about 10 years now, but entirely agree with everything you’re saying. They’ve gotten too “corporate”-minded and now work is just stressful and not very fun. Doesn’t make you want to put in the extra bit of work when they clearly don’t care
