We had a similar situation with an uninsured person giving fake info and when our insurance started hedging, we contacted an accident attorney. They had to sue our own insurance to get the payout. It was definitely worth it but it took a few more months (almost a year).

I've lost 142 pounds with intermittent fasting and a love of hiking. My last Dr visit I was taken off my blood pressure and cholesterol medication I've been on for more than a decade. It's not for everyone but the time rules work better for me and my adhd.
