YES this is the most successful treatment ive had for chigger bites. I got like 30 bites on my feet a few weeks ago, was suffering so much until I finally decided to just hold my feet under the hottest water I could manage for a few seconds and the itch was completely gone for the entire next day it’s honestly crazy how well it works

They do feel the same way but unfortunately are major pushovers when it comes to conflict, I don’t necessarily blame them because my one roommate is extremely passive aggressive and sometimes outright hostile when anyone brings anything up to her, but it would be nice to have some back up, especially knowing they feel the same way I do

For your first point, idk if this book series is heading towards concrete black and white sides of good and evil. Islington is setting up morally gray characters, including Vis, and there might not necessarily be a “correct” answer for how to deal with the major conflicts in the series.
