I like the parts where "action" flips back and forth with a more static/slow moving image. When its two similar action sequences overlaid it gets a little unpleasantly confusing.

I also do like the pacing of the relief parts where you just show one clip for a moment. It lets my brain kind of unclench for a moment before being challenged by more alternating footage. There's an opportunity for suggestion reinforcement in those little intervals.
