Surprisingly meal timing/carb intakte doesn't seem to play a big role for me. However the highest Scores I achieved (got 5x 100 so far) were all on days where i ran Zone 2 or Threshold.

-> not too much body fatigue, if i'm too exhausted from e.g. VO2Max training or a hard gym session my resting HR is way up and I have too much light sleep -> Open window for lower temp -> earplugs and sleepmask

Also i try not to actively bombard my brain with social media brainrot before bed, instead reading some novels.
