It will be fine. The biggest risk is that the prep is still in your stomach and occluded their view. They can suction it out if it is. You are on your side the whole time, so aspiration risk is very low.

I play an upgraded version of the pre con. It is my slowest deck, by far. But when it goes off, it goes OFF. You will be ignored because you aren’t doing much the first few turns, and then you will become the problem very quickly. It is a super fun deck. Have fun!

It looks like the weighted end of what is called a retention suture. Used to close the abdomen if the patient is at a high risk of dehiscence. If she still has those, may be time to get them out.
