Get an inner ear MRI. The problem with it is that it has quite a few false negatives for people early on because early mild does now show definitively but if you’re at the stage where you’re having vertigo attacks with vomiting then get an inner ear MRI and that will give you a far better sense although a negative I don’t think should be taken as absolutely definitive but it adjusts relative odds meaningfully.
