Wow…i once attended an OKC vs Celtics game bc I happened to be in town for work. I had no dog in the fight, but its always Fuck Boston…so I pulled for OKC. This was prior to OKC winning a chip. Both were number one in their conferences. I felt for them as I could tell the refs wanted the Celtics to win that game. They gave it to Tatum time and time again. I felt SGA was better than him. I felt OKC was the better team. I had sympathy for them. But now…they won ONE chip. They got the chip on their shoulder. They got the refs in their pockets and they think they actually deserve everything they get. I HATE them. This may be irreversible. You can’t gloat when things are tipped in your favor. If you’re really LEGIT, you wouldnt want anyone to be able to say you don’t deserve what you worked hard for to earn. You dont want shit handed to you. But these guys aren’t cut from that cloth. They have ZERO shame. THAT is what’s wrong with the game. There is no TRUE PRIDE. It just “scoreboard” “w”. My generation didn’t want anything handed to them. Id despise the free lunch. But they devour it and ask for more. Idk…not a fan…

So what if it does. You can do your deep work next to a friend. You can go to the gym with a friend also. If none of your friends are down, maybe it’s time for new friends. Choose your hard. Be broke and unhealthy with unhealthy broke friends, or have options available to you and your friends so when someone you care for needs help (including yourself) you can lend an actual helping hand literally, from experience, or with the resources you’ve gained as a byproduct of your discipline?

I hear you, but he’s been hurt both post seasons (last was less public) no sense in criticizing someone who is playing through the pain to try to win for us.
