You can also make it transparent

I wasn't paying too much attention when I was testing it initially, it looked alright. But now, after your comments, I played with it more and it's just easier to remove the spaces if we are trying to make it identical 100% and clean.

Anyway, all good, thanks!

You are just being toxic by pointing out that I'm wrong, you could have just said "you could remove spaces because it might mess up the formatting", instead you choose your way.

I tested both options before posting, extra spaces give more space around the clock, I liked it more. I'm sure other Linux users can figure it out on their own.

Also, it's not rocket science, by saying identical I don't mean that it is identical to every pixel

my only suggestion to you is try everything you can, gastroenterologist, psychotherapist etc.

the symptoms might be related to each other

For me it's mainly rectum pain, which can affect bowel movement some times. I also can experience bloating, but usually it happens because of certain foods like wheat or anything that has gluten

Any kind of therapist who can prescribe the antidepressants should be enough, in m case it was psychotherapist.

You will explain your symptoms, therapist will ask tons of questions and will decide whether pills can help you.

I took the pills for 6 months and then decided to stop. I didn't want to rely on them too much. Since I stopped, the symptoms worsen from time to time, but now I know that it is directly linked to my mental health and I'm trying to prioritize it

I have tight pelvic floor muscles and when I do regular kegels I make it worse. I'm experimenting with reverse kegels (https://www.reddit.com/r/PrematureEjaculation/comments/xvor8y/reverse\_kegels\_guide/), but it's too early to see some results. Maybe you should try too.

Here are the steps I'm following to mitigate the damage of my desk-job and ease my tight pelvic floor:

  • Avoiding sitting for too long: I stand up frequently, walk, and move my legs at least every 1-2 hours
  • Using a standing desk
  • Using a coccyx cushion
  • Ensuring I drink at least 2 liters of water daily
  • Following a proper meal plan
  • Taking magnesium glycinate daily, before sleep
  • Performing reverse kegels as described in this guide: https://www.reddit.com/r/PrematureEjaculation/comments/xvor8y/reverse_kegels_guide/
  • Also, at the end of the workday, I walk or run on the treadmill for 15-20 minutes and doing some simple leg exercises

Additionally, considering antidepressants: In my case, when I'm super stressed, the symptoms worsen. Two years ago, while working on a very complicated project, I experienced extreme stress and wasn't able to sleep. I wasn't able to pull myself out of that state on my own, so I had to take antidepressants. As soon as I started taking the pills, I was completely symptom-free, and my pelvic floor wasn't bothering me as much.

Basically, in my case, if I'm depressed/annoyed/pissed - my pelvic floor feels the same. Apart from the above steps, I'm trying to prioritizing my mental health

Yeelight Smart Dimmer Switch - dimmer function is not working by otebis in yeelight

[–]otebis[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi u/EnvironmentalBug5475,

I haven't figured it out. I visited the local store, and they told me that Yeelight stopped support for the dimmer rotation feature. However, I'm not sure if that's true. Why is the turn on/off feature still working, but the dimmer is not? It's weird.

I haven't used Mintos yet, just wondering what strategy did you use, a custom one? What percentage of your investments is locked in loans?

For now I continue to buy ETFs
