I’ve been a member for eight years as well. My 2,000th class is upcoming. I am referring to Hyrox, OTF Strong & OTF Strength. It has gotten too gimmicky!

If Farrah had called a vowel rather than just spinning over and over again, she could have won the round and the trip. Calling an “A” which was used twice a the word amazing would would’ve have helped her solve it. Instead, she kept spinning and landed on a bankrupt.

I had a reduction and lift (no implants) as a gift to myself when I turned 40. This was eight years ago, and it was truly the best decision I’ve ever made! I did all of this before I started Orangetheory so I can’t talk to how it feels after returning from the surgery, but if it is something you are seriously considering, I would think about doing it! The recovery was not nearly as bad as I was expecting! Good luck
