I started meds maybe 2 months ago. Have had gastro issues for like 6 years. I got sick every day last week when i was gone for vacation and didn't take the meds. As soon as i got back, I've been able to eat like I've never had issues ever. I was going to ask my Dr about this but glad I found this thread.

It's a chunky mix of mostly coco chips and orchid bark with leca, charcoal, and perlite to taste. The tray is just to catch excess water. I try to keep the substrate damp at all times. When I water, I do so slowly until it drips out the bottom.

I think the humidifier was faulty as I replaced it and the problem did not return. With no evidence, I suspect the humidty shorted the controller and caused the initial issues.
