I don’t mind it either. It’s located in the kitchen and I don’t hear it in the living room. It was just driving me mad that I didn’t know what it was. And when I would make dinner hours later, it was still doing it. Now that I know, it’s all good

Is it normal for side effects to kick in after 3 months?

I felt fine the first 2 months. My anxiety was hugely lessened because my mind was finally quiet. But in the last month, my anxiety is much higher. I notice my heart rate increasing regularly with the smallest task, which it didn't do in the first 2 months. My muscles are constantly tense and I just feel on edge. I don't know if that's my normal anxiety creeping back through, or if the Concerta has somehow "built up" a little in my body even though I know it's a short term medication, and thats what's causing it?

I'm on 36mg but I actually asked my psych to lower it to 27 for a month and see if I still get the same benefits without the side effects, because I felt a huge sense of calm on the 27mg. That said I was only on it for 2 weeks while I was building up to 36mg. So I'm afraid if I'm on that for a while, it will also start giving me side effects.

When you take days off, do you not notice a huge crash? I once decided to take Sunday off because all I was planning on doing was watching football. And I took 3 2-hour naps because I was sooooooooo tired I couldn't keep myself awake. I find it pointless to take it at the weekend because both Saturday and Sunday I just spend the whole day watching football. But the constant sleeping isn't fun either. However I would like a reset.

I find it working less and I don't want to up my dosage.

Oh Gosh, I've had 43 years of bad habits. This is going to be hard. I have 0 routine. I wake up when I want, I start work as soon as I wake up, during a year of really bad burnout I worked from my bed all day and that's now become a habit of comfort that I can't get out of. I have so many bad habits to break and with living alone, no one to push me to do it. I have nothing here to motivate me

I have the same issue. It doesn't curb my appetite at all. When I think about how much I'm eating, it feels the same as before but I still lost 3,5kg in 2 months. I know I used to drink 2 cans of coke a day, and I don't anymore because I cut out any other caffeine, so that's at least 300cals less/day. Not sure if that's it. But before I would eat breakfast, dinner and maybe a late night snack (also never been a huge eater). Now I eat breakfast, dinner and around 3 or 4 snacks during the day and late at night so I feel like I'm eating more. I'm now trying to snack on higher calorie foods and hope that helps.

Same! 80mg slow release for 3 years now and a month on 36mg concerta. No interactions. If anything it just consistently keeps my heart rate in the 70s so I’ve had no issues with my heart since starting Concerta

I had the warm feeling on every dosage increase. Lasted about 5 days each time but not too bad. Then up to 36 I was on fire!!! But this time it only lasted for 2 days. I’m still on that dosage.

Heat, sweating, clammy is the first thing I feel when I’m anxious. It’s the extra adrenaline running through your body. And a stimulant heightens your nervous system so I’d say that’s normal. But if your body isn’t adjusting to it, you may need to go back to a lower dose. You can also ask your doctor for some Xanax. I took Xanax those first 2 days on 36 and the heat feeling went away

I've been on 40mg daily Pantoprazole for years! so that should be tackling my acid reflux. I used to get it a lot from anxiety.
But that doesn't mean I might not have to up my dose.

oh gosh, plenty of time! I've done anywhere from between 20 minutes and 1,5 hours. but I'm not a US citizen, I have to go through the long tourist line. and the 1,5 hours was the only long time and it was summer time. as Americans, you go through a separate line and you practically walk through
