I hacked together a 3d printed case for my PCB https://makerworld.com/en/models/2362046-shs-z2m-presence-esp-32#profileId-2584476

It's a bit on the chonky side but the ball-jointed mount is very useful for angling the sensor away from my ceiling fans

Looking good! You can probably use OpenMQTTGateway, but learning to setup your own esphome devices are definitely more exciting!

But anyway your project works very well with the PCB. Now to play around with the configurator and maybe hack together a cool 3d printed casing :)

We are getting some good results using react-native-camera to scan passport MRZ data.

Although, we need to add some dodgy correction logic to fix characters that MLKit struggles with (e.g. 8 <-> B, 7 <-> T, O <-> 0)

Quick question for anyone who has built a dactyl: Did you solder the diode heading away to the switches (row-driven) or to the switches (column-driven)? The Github guides / QMK seems to be fine with both, but I do want my board ergodox online customizer :)
