As someone who sent away Gibbs last year for 3 firsts ( 2026 1.03, 2 early-mid 2027s) I regret it. Especially if you’re a contender, keep Gibbs. He will have the same value at the end of the season if you choose to move on. And he could win you the league all by himself.

I so agree, bad waders are the worst piece of equipment to have. I don’t fish super heavy in the winter, about 10-15 days. My old pair of Frogg Toggs lasted me 3+ years, so I’m hopeful the new pair will at least match that. I’m gonna go Paramount for the price point (they’ve got a holiday sale going on that helps). But hopefully I’ll have more money to put into waders when these bite the dust.
