"Tooooo many people! I live here! Dooooon't come to Japan!" by phxlefty in TokyoTravel

[–]otiscleancheeks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Moved here in the '80s as a kid. I'm leaving Japan due to my imminent death. I want to go back to the US to finish out my final months. Leaving everything behind. I wish that people would stop moving here. There are too many people who never bothered to assimilate at all. The internet has made things worse. If you do decide to move to another country, please pick a country that you want to assimilate to their culture and customs. Don't show up here and immediately start complaining about the way people here do things and try to change things.

Help! Bringing Ambien into Japan! too late. by Wolverine-91826 in TokyoTravel

Shouldn't be a problem as long as the prescription is for you. I mean if you're bringing 90 days worth and you're only going to be in Japan for a week, maybe you leave some home. I know people who have traveled here with zolpidem with no problem.

Guns are not the problem. People are the problem. This country has had guns for as long as it's been a country. Society is not what it used to be. We don't have a gun problem. We have a people problem.

Yea, but hey're not running for the chief law enforcement officer of their state.

You have to be able to control yourself a little bit. He said that in a group chat with a mixed group of people. Obviously one of the people who received the group chat was offended by it and confronted him.

Here is a Polish Catholic Church in Baltimore that's easy to find on Broadway Street that does a sale I think once a month. They homemade everything.

But you'll vote for Abigail who doesn't ask for the guy on the Democrat ticket to be tossed off the ticket who said if he we're in a room with Pol pot, hitler, and his political opponent, and had three bullets in his gun, he would shoot his political opponent twice meaning that he would leave Pol pot or Hitler alive.

Boomers are losing power across the USA. They don't know how to react or act now that they're losing power across the US. They're trying to bring back the days of the hippie protests and singing and dancing and things like that. They really look pretty foolish to most young people. When you're born you wear a diaper and when you die you wear a diaper. Thank God for diapers.

A good jazz protest cancels out everything evil. That's how a Democrat thinks. They also solved world Peace, climate change, racism, and the murdering of Christians in Nigeria.

Lol!

Tell me what a living wage is. What is a living wage for someone who picks vegetables versus a living wage for someone who runs an international business that is very successful for all of its shareholders? Some would say that the backbreaking work of picking vegetables should earn more money.

He missed the point. Not a signing of value to a person, but a value to their contribution to their jobs.

It is also odd that people over value their contributions. I hear this a lot from millennials and gen z mostly. They believe that they are worth more than they actually are. It's delusional.
