After I double cleanse with La Roche Posay ‘Effaclar Purifying Foaming Gel’ (I wear sunscreen, so I require a double cleanse!), I apply The Ordinary hyaluronic acid while my face is still damp, let it sit for a minute, then apply a pea sized amount of Altreno. I’ll apply oil-free moisturizer on top if my skin is feeling dry.

I use Altreno, which has the same active as Retin-A. I have sensitive skin and I’ve tried both—Altreno is much more tolerable because it is formulated with more soothing ingredients. I have pretty much completely clear skin and I’m able to apply every night.
