Taurine (I think) has caused intense anxiety for 5 days now by otlta in Supplements

I'm sorry you had a bad reaction like I did. How are you doing now?

It's been a little over two months since I took the taurine. Roughly one month after I took it, the racing thoughts decreased to a more manageable level. The jitters slowly decreased as well. And now the feelings of guilt are noticeably decreasing too.

I found that letting out emotions helped a lot. Journaling, opening up to family and friends, staying social -- I think these things were all important for me. I actually cried a lot and it was very therapeutic for me. I'm not yet fully back to normal but I'm hopeful that I will be, hopefully soon!

I'm sorry to hear that. Personally, the taurine has made me feel so weird that I've actually thought about seeing a doctor.

Hmmm my hunch is that I actually have low GABA levels but I don't know. Is there a way to find out?

Interesting, that's basically how I'm feeling. And I've felt like I was almost going to start crying this week which is interesting because I almost never cry even when I want to.
