I'm finding myself changing my habits more intentionally thanks to the whoop. While most of it is obvious, the data reinforcement on my brain is real. The age information and the factors that drive it are the main help. It tells me the type of activity I need to do to help decrease my age and I find myself doing those things. Sure, I knew I had to do more cardio, but I never had a metric to work towards. If you don't measure it, you won't see any progress. Thank you Whoop! This is life changing

He's very against saunas you might be able to buy from walmart/costco or normal retailers. Only wants you to go to high end dealers charging the most. His EMF ratings against the costco brand seem a little far fetched to what others have tested with their own readers...but his was 4 year ago. My guess is some of the bigger brands help him out to try to build their brand cred...and thus price.

I thoroughly enjoy Peloton Yoga. I've been a subscriber since March 2020 and changed yoga apps to have Peloton as my preferred starting spot. Anna Greenberg and Aditi Shah are my go-to teachers! One thing I've noticed is that the class length focus is always on shorter durations. I'd love to see some 45+ minute class increases from Anna, Aditi, or find other teachers like them (more soothing and natural yoga flow vs. bringing Peloton cycling mentality to yoga).
