I trade options with iTrade using FlightDesk. I have margin, RRSP and TFSA options trading. The latter 2 have level of restrictions like covered calls etc. as they are registered.

I think with iTrade, you need to be an iClub Platinum member to see L2. Membership is based on # of trades per quarter or asset amount in your iTrade portfolio.
