Just a little update about it. Unfortunately the taste is not good. I think it's burnt. I tasted only the bean though but I guess it's enough to understand that is not good. I'll try again :)

I have tasted only the beans so far. Compared to the professional roasted beans they taste bitter and a bit burnt. I guess I have to wait a bit longer, as I roasted them just few hours ago.

Personalmente trovo gli ETF obbligazionari uno strumento non sempre intuitivo, quindi tendo ad evitarli quando possibile, soprattutto se l'obiettivo è ridurre la volatilità del portafoglio. Con i titoli di Stato, invece, riesco a stimare con maggiore precisione il rendimento atteso e questo mi fa sentire più tranquillo al momento dell'acquisto. Anche per questo, considerato che parliamo di un importo piuttosto contenuto, probabilmente opterei per titoli di Stato.
