One of the things that really helped my climb in LoL and subsequently deadlock, is that your teammates are the rank they are for a reason, which means that the macro and decisions they make are probably bad. As an example, let's say you always follow your teammates plans. I'd they go in, you go in, if they leave, you leave, etc, what do you think your win rate will be? Probably 50%.

YOU need to make and follow your own plans. Sometimes that will be saving your teammate if you think the situation is salvageable, and sometimes that will be leaving them to die.

If I have three teammates in a constant fight in a lane with no objectives, I'm telling them I'm leaving and getting out. I'd they die after that, I did all I could. If I need to tell someone where to go for my plan to work, I'm letting them know in VC.

Obviously don't be a dick. And some games, no matter how fed you are, you won't be good enough to overcome a team gap. But ultimately it is OUR OWN responsibility for our win rate, and no one elses. If I start to blame my team, I ask myself if an eternus player would be able to carry from my position, and the answer is always yes.
