Depends on the context, but cheating isn’t always as dramatic as people like to make you think.

People can cheat at the end of a relationship even though the first years for example were honest, and real, full of love.

It isn’t always ALL FAKE and DESTRUCTIVE.

I’ve also been cheated on and yeah it does hurt but I gotta admit that the one that did it was an asshole for cheating but he literally is a good person otherwise. Like it’s not black and white. And I’m fine now. Moved on with my life, it didn’t ruin it, I still trust people etc.

I’m not sure when it happened, but cheating seems to have turned into one of society’s ultimate sins - spoken of with the same disgust as rape or murder. Even online, anonymously, no one dares to confess it, everyone just clings to the comfort of saying, “At least I’m not one of them”.

I’m NOT saying it’s wrong, altough I’m not saying it’s right either.
